Performance Marketing Manager (Remote US)

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and Tech companies. We focus on Customer Generation, a proprietary marketing methodology that emphasizes SQLs and Customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies to help clients meet their SQL targets consistently.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key member of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist collaborates directly with enterprise clients, communicating results, developing custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. This position offers experience in crafting high-performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple Paid Media accounts
  • Support client contacts directly
  • Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and quality
  • Drive referrals through client relationships and professional networks
  • Develop quarterly strategies for clients
  • Create, manage, and optimize budgets across various paid media channels
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM systems
  • Comprehend the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Work with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
  • 3+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
  • Expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, etc., for data-driven decisions
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Unique perspective on driving value for SaaS
  • Ability to communicate strategies and tell stories with data
  • Competitive, curious, and a problem solver
