Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing digital campaigns and scaling B2B SaaS brands? As a Performance Marketing Manager at Absorb, you'll take the lead in driving impactful growth across display, video, and connected TV advertising—while playing a key role in enhancing our paid search strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of a dynamic, high-growth team, leveraging analytics, creativity, and innovation to launch ROI-positive campaigns that directly contribute to our success. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across channels including display, video and connected TV, programmatic, and paid search.
  • Own and optimize campaigns to achieve conversion, CPA, and ROI targets.
  • Drive innovation by continuously testing new channels, creative formats, and audience segments to uncover high-growth opportunities and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and tools, continuously testing and iterating to maintain a competitive edge.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on programmatic and video channels.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., TradeDesk) is essential.
  • Familiarity with emerging connected TV platforms and a willingness to adopt new tools is highly valued.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
