What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, SEO, SEM, paid social, social selling, and webinars through an ABM approach
- Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Partner with Sales, BDRs, Marketing Ops, and Content Teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business goals
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content development, lead nurturing, and paid acquisition
- Drive top-of-funnel awareness and middle-of-funnel engagement through targeted outreach and nurturing programs
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling assets (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, etc.) that support demand generation efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, ensuring timely execution and measuring campaign performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and metrics, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize demand generation programs through A/B testing, data analysis, and iterative improvements
- Manage the tactical implementation of marketing campaigns across functional teams, regularly report on campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure alignment with sales to deliver qualified leads and measure the effectiveness of handoffs
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and marketing-sourced revenue
- Manage the strategy for paid media in collaboration with Demand Gen leadership
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Experience at a high-velocity, B2B sales led growth company
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce
- Expertise in paid and digital channels (Email marketing, Google, LinkedIn, AdRoll or similar programmatic ad platforms)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns
- High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality results
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Hands-on experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Experience supporting the execution of webinars, events, tradeshows, etc.
- Familiarity with social selling through LinkedIn (Dux-Soup experience a plus)
- Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing methodologies and best practices
- Experience working at a startup, in a remote or distributed team environment
- Marketing experience in Public Cloud, SaaS, or Cybersecurity space
