Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Manager to own strategy and performance across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. This hybrid role involves joining sales calls, guiding internal and external specialists, and building growth roadmaps to drive measurable client outcomes.

You will lead client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search, with a focus on QA, analytics accuracy and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, GSC and keyword tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients and account executives.
• Track record overseeing execution teams and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and help close deals.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages and CRO.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building, and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
