Search Atlas is a remote, international SaaS marketing platform seeking a senior growth specialist to own paid acquisition on Meta and Google. You will run AI agents for daily checks, budget moves, and reporting, while shaping the full paid growth strategy within the approved plan.

The role blends media buying with building automation and landing-page tests. You will manage budgets, optimize CAC, and drive trial-to-paid conversions, reporting results and insights to the Head of Brand.

Qualifikationen

5+ years running Meta and Google ads.
Owns numbers from trial to paying customer.
Experience with SAAS/B2B funnels.

Aufgaben

Own weekly trials, cost per trial, and trial-to-paid rate across Meta and Google.
Develop the full paid growth strategy and make budget calls inside the plan.
Lead day-to-day execution with an analyst; build AI agents for checks, budget moves, and reporting.
Create and test ad creatives; coordinate with the creative team for tests.
Manage landing pages and CRO to move costs per trial.
Track from first click to activation; report CAC, payback, and LTV.
Launch ads for new products with no history.
