Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on media buying on Meta and Google operations.
• Managing $100K+ monthly ad spend.
• Agency-side experience preferred.
• SaaS or B2B with free-trial or demo funnels.
• Built automation with LLMs for ads and reporting.
• Proficient in GA4, PostHog, and ad-platform reporting.
• History of lowering CPA through tests.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on Meta and Google.
• Structure bids, budgets, and pacing within monthly caps.
• Develop agent workflows for daily performance checks.
• Coordinate with creative strategists for briefs.
• Lead landing page tests and CRO efforts to improve CPA.
• Track unit economics (CAC, LTV) and ROI.
