Job summary

1Password LLC is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to drive growth for PLG and Self-Serve models across B2B and B2C audiences. You will manage paid channels, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and outcomes.

You’ll launch experiments, build vendor relationships, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and insights while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Experience managing paid channels (social, display, programmatic, affiliates, etc.).
• Ability to use marketing analytics to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns.
• Experience linking marketing activity to signups, activation, CAC, retention, or revenue.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, and partners.
• Experience supporting B2C or SaaS/self-serve journeys; familiarity with LTV and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to PLG and Self-Serve strategy across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage paid channels from awareness through conversion with planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Launch and optimize campaigns; evaluate channel performance and opportunities.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate for stronger performance and value.
• Monitor indicators like clicks, signups, trial starts, activation, CAC, and revenue outcomes.
• Design, run, and document experiments across channels and journeys.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to improve execution speed and insights.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and partners.
