Job summary

Netlify is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition efforts from strategy to execution. This remote role collaborates with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to ensure paid users convert and engage.

You will own budget planning, channel mix, and attribution, partnering with Lifecycle and Campaigns to integrate paid into onboarding journeys and lifecycle flows. This is a builder role in a PLG-driven growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing.
• Direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or PLG environment.
• Hands-on experience running paid search and paid social.
• Experience scaling paid programs at early stage builds infrastructure.
• Experience managing external agencies or partner relationships.
• Knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement; collaboration with Marketing Ops/Data.

Responsibilities

• Build and own paid acquisition strategy end to end (search, social, retargeting, sponsorships).
• Determine channels, audiences, and budgets to scale value.
• Manage agency relationships and decide what is in-house as the function matures.
• Plan budgets, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend.
