Job summary

Parvathi Surgicals is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI.

You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, perform audience and keyword research, track performance with GA4, GTM, and Pixel, and collaborate with SEO, content, design, and social teams to deliver high-quality leads.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager for lead generation and ROI.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Know-how of conversion tracking and landing-page optimization.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Create and optimize lead-generation, conversion, traffic, and remarketing campaigns.
Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research.
Develop targeting strategies based on business objectives.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall performance.
Optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, keywords, placements, and budgets.
Prepare and analyze campaign reports.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
Coordinate with SEO, content, design, and social media teams.
Create briefs for creatives, videos, landing pages, and content.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and pages.
Track leads and conversions using GA4, GTM, Pixel, and other tools.
Ensure proper conversion tracking and reporting.
Manage budgets and focus on high-quality leads.
Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and trends.
