Job summary

WBS CODING SCHOOL is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition engine. You will drive Google Ads strategy and optimization across multiple campaigns, while expanding into emerging channels and leveraging data to maximize enrollments.

You will collaborate with design, content, and admissions teams to ensure campaigns align with course launches. A strong background in GA4, GTM, and CRM-driven optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with Google Ads as the primary channel.
• Proven track record of managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns for lead generation or education/services.
• Experience with Meta Ads and HubSpot CRM using CRM data to optimize campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution.
• Interest in AI with hands-on experience building workflows or automations.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen from strategy to optimization.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across prospecting and retargeting.
• Identify and test new channels (ChatGPT ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Reddit) with clear hypotheses.
• Track, analyze, and report performance from impression to enrollment; translate data into recommendations.
• Use HubSpot to connect ad spend to lead quality and enrollment outcomes; collaborate with Admissions.
