Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Seattle, WA, onsite, to own acquisition programs across paid and owned media and drive new member growth with cost-efficient strategies.

The role partners with product, analytics, and creative teams to test messaging, optimize campaigns, and define channel strategies. A minimum of 5+ years in performance marketing and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels (paid social, programmatic/DSP, paid search).
• "Proven track record of owning budgets and hitting measurable growth targets."
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/ADSP, and owned channels.
• Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets (signups, CPA, ROAS).
• Partner with paid media POCs and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Develop and test creative, messaging, and audience strategies to improve conversion.
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks; report on KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with product and analytics to identify new acquisition opportunities and audience segments.
• Manage budget forecasting, pacing, and monthly/quarterly business review inputs.
