Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of paid media or marketing analytics experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Looker Studio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance across platforms and surface insights.
• Prepare recurring KPI reports including ROAS, AOV, ARPU.
• Monitor daily/weekly spend pacing and communicate forecast variances.
• Build dashboards and document data discrepancies for review.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, merchandising, and eCommerce teams.
