Buckle is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Manager of Digital Marketing across paid search, paid shopping, YouTube, CTV, and affiliate channels. You will surface insights to improve campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for strategy, testing, and budget allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or analytics preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Looker Studio preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and digital marketing tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance across platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Merchant Center, Looker Studio.
• Prepare recurring reports on KPIs such as ROAS, AOV, ARPU and other metrics.
• Monitor spend pacing and communicate forecast variances to management.
• Build, update, and maintain dashboards; validate data accuracy and document discrepancies.
• Support planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels.
