Job summary

RaceTrac in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Director, Talent & Performance to design and lead enterprise talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology to attract, develop, and advance talent, while building scalable solutions and a strong leadership bench.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR leadership.
  • Proven experience designing and leading enterprise talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise talent programs, including performance management, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology to attract, develop, and advance talent.
  • Drive standardized talent processes and operating rhythms across the enterprise.
  • Develop scalable solutions and strengthen leadership capability and bench strength.
