Job summary

RaceTrac’s Associate HR Business Partner supports the employee lifecycle and aims to provide a positive employee experience for RaceTrac colleagues. The role acts as an internal consultant, ensuring HR initiatives and programs are implemented and executed successfully, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HR practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages HR programs and initiatives to support the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR initiatives and programs.
• Handle employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution with diplomacy.
• Oversee travel and vendor relations related to HR programs.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and exits across the organization.
• Utilize Workday for HR processes and reporting.
