Job summary

Working with HR and key stakeholders, you will analyze learning data, map content to competencies, and deliver reporting and governance to support workforce development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience managing third-party learning content providers and libraries within an LMS.
• Experience with learning tech such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats.
• Attention to detail for data accuracy, systems and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for the LMS, driving optimization, governance, and adoption.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map to paths.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations via automation and standardization.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement enhancements.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and stakeholders on content curation and reporting.
• Analyze data and develop insights and reports to support development and business goals.
• Manage centralized learning mailbox and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Monitor learning trends and propose innovations to boost engagement and efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
