Job summary

Intuit is seeking an experienced Learning & Development and HR Program Management professional to lead PM&D enablement across performance cycles. You will design and deliver instructional experiences, build a scalable content library, and partner with AI-enabled initiatives to guide managers and employees through goal setting, feedback, and compensation conversations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Learning & Development or HR Program Management.
• Experience in instructional design with adult learning theory and blended learning.
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation and change management experience with a portfolio of assets.You’ve designed and delivered.
• Proven ability to translate talent philosophy into learning experiences.
• Strong data literacy and comfort with analytics to create executive-ready narratives.
• Experience embedding AI-powered features into learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance management and development processes into learning experiences that change behavior.
• Own full instructional design lifecycle for PM&D enablement.
• Design and deliver dynamic, evidence-based learning experiences for managers and employees across all cycle stages.
• Apply adult learning principles and cognitive load management to ensure learning is applied in the flow of work.
• Develop a curated library of enablement resources including guides, playbooks, toolkits, job aids, modules, and FAQs.
• Integrate PM&D learning into Intuit’s broader L&D ecosystem and onboarding.
• Define learning success metrics and measure program impact.
• Partner with Product/Tech to embed AI-powered coaching nudges and real-time guidance.
