Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Manager of Performance Development Technology Operations to lead day-to-day platform administration, service delivery, and readiness across performance management systems including Quantum and Microsoft Power Platform.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, user-centered platforms that support global performance cycles.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting enterprise business technology platforms.
• Experience as an administrative power user within Microsoft Power Apps with SDLC collaboration.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions.
• Strong project management, documentation, issue-tracking, and operational execution skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional inputs, validation, testing, and execution plans.
• Experience with creating test prompts and validating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and operational readiness for performance management systems.
• Coordinate with BI, PM, internal teams and vendors for issues and enhancements.
• Deliver responsive, user-centered support and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor service trends and implement improvements via process, training, or documentation.
• Coordinate readiness activities for annual cycles, launches, and system updates.
• Oversee enhancement backlog, priority clarifications, and delivery dependencies.
