Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Manager of Performance Development Technology Operations in Atlanta to lead platform operations, administration, and service readiness. You will coordinate with BI, PM, and external vendors to ensure reliable, user-centered performance development platforms across the organization.

The role requires strong collaboration, project management, and documentation skills, with focus on improving system usability and cycle readiness for global HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years supporting enterprise business technology platforms.
• Experience as an administrative functional Power Apps power user with SDLC collaboration.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and users to deliver solutions.
• Strong project management, documentation, and operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Administration: manage day-to-day readiness for performance management systems, including Quantum and Power Platform.
• Support, Service Delivery & Operational Readiness: coordinate with BI, PM and vendors; deliver user-centered support.
• Enhancement Coordination & Backlog Management: document needs, track priorities, coordinate delivery.
• Reporting, Metrics & Continuous Improvement: produce operational reports and identify improvement opportunities.
