Job summary

Absolute Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air is seeking Customer Service Representatives to take inbound and make customers lifelong. The role involves outbound maintenance call holds and promoting services, with opportunities for cross-sell promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking.
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
• Conscientious, team player.
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
• Data entry of s ensitive information
• General inbound customer service
