Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Denver, CO. You will handle inbound calls from new and existing customers, promote services, and build lasting relationships.

Role includes outbound calls for maintenance visits, accurate data entry, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience, especially inbound call handling.
• Familiarity with CRM/data entry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and convert them into lifelong customers.
• Outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Promote promotions, sales, and cross-selling opportunities to customers.

Overview

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity?Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air has an exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives.

This position pays $21-24per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity.

We are looking for the following schedules:

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Saturday - Wednesday 9:30am - 6:30pm

What you will do:

• Take inbound calls from new andexistingcustomers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers

• Data entry of sensitive information
• General inbound customer service

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
