Job summary

Flint Hills Resources, Savannah River Mill in Rincon, GA, seeks a Performance Coach to lead four crews operating paper machines 24/7. You will drive safety, reliability, quality, and cost goals while applying PBM® Guiding Principles and ensuring team capabilities and accountability.

You will report to the Paper Machine Product System Leader, mentor supervisors, and partner across maintenance, training, and engineering to build a high-performance operation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years or more of leadership experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members toward excellence in Environmental, Health & Safety and compliance by identifying and resolving hazards with critical and high risks.
• Lead and mentor team members to apply PBM® in ways that are consistent with our Guiding Principles.
• Lead, mentor, coach and hold direct reports accountable for paper machine results that are impacted by people performance and capability.
• Align to asset reliability and operational strategies of the paper machine, by collaborating with leadership and engineers to build capabilities of technicians.
• Verify technician execution of all asset strategies and processes.
• Execute all phases of performance management including annual reviews and development plans.
