Savannah River Mill in Rincon, GA seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead and direct crews on 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and overtime. The role emphasizes PBM® principles, safety, and cost control while developing employees and ensuring accountability for production and quality metrics.

The successful candidate will drive flawless execution of reliability strategies and align asset strategies with department goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
• Two years or more of supervisory experience in manufacturing/industrial environment OR 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to apply PBM® principles and Guiding Principles.
• Coach and hold direct reports accountable.
• Manage labor cost, overtime, and staffing for the team.
• Ensure team members have development plans aligned with mill goals.
• Identify metrics to gauge technician performance and risk controls.
