Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Coated paperboard experience preferred.
• HS diploma with related experience considered; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 10+ hourly crew in the paper machine area.
• Lead safety, quality, housekeeping, and lean manufacturing strategies.
• Monitor machine performance using KPIs and centerlines.
• Coordinate routine shift maintenance tasks.
• Determine training needs and administer appropriate training programs for hourly employees on Paper Machines.
• Provide leadership with problem-solving strategies and KPI-driven objectives.
