Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products Group in Halsey, OR, seeks a Performance Coach (Production Supervisor) for our Converting operation. You will lead hourly teams to meet product system metrics and develop team members for performance gains.

The role requires a 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule supporting a 24x7 operation, with emphasis on coaching, safety, and continuous improvement. Growth opportunities exist across the Koch companies and within the Willamette Valley plant network.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, mentoring, and training hourly employees.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Willing and able to work a 12-hour shift that includes weekends, holidays and additional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, supervise, coach and develop hourly employees to improve capability and performance.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to enable team success.
• Lead safety actions and meetings to support EHS excellence and the mill's safety vision.
• Ensure roles and expectations align with goals and maximize value for the company.
• Create an environment that emphasizes hazard identification and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with engineers and leaders to identify and address performance gaps.
• Provide regular performance feedback and develop annual 360 summaries.
• Support asset strategies, training plans, and outage planning and execution.
