Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Perception Autonomy engineer to develop, integrate, and maintain real-time sensor software across diverse autonomous platforms. You will design AI/ML sensor algorithms, fuse sensor data, and deploy containerized solutions on embedded Linux devices.

You will collaborate with sensor, tracking, and autonomy teams, interact with DoD customers, and help drive field testing and demonstrations while documenting progress for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Computer Science, Optimization, or 5+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain real-time sensor software for heterogeneous autonomous vehicles.
• Design and rapidly integrate AI/ML sensor algorithms across platforms.
• Deploy containerized solutions to embedded Linux devices.
• Interface with DoD customers to capture use cases and requirements.
• Collaborate with sensor, tracking, and autonomy teams for seamless deployments.
• Document progress and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
