Job summary

Decisive Point is seeking a Perception Autonomy engineer to develop and integrate real-time sensor software for autonomous vehicles. You will interface AI/ML algorithms across multiple sensor platforms, ensuring seamless functionality during demonstrations and testing.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in relevant fields with hands-on experience in sensor algorithms and integration. This position is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple sensor modalities (e.g., EO, IR, lidar, radar).
• Familiarity with tracking basics (e.g., Kalman filters) and optimal sensor fusion.
• Experience training ML algorithms and deploying onto integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain real-time sensor software solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML algorithms for heterogeneous platforms.
• Communicate with the DoD customer to understand requirements.
