Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a plan of care.
• Administer medications safely according to policy.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and with families.
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient education and bedside care in the stepdown unit.
