Job summary

MarinHealth Medical Center, doing business as Marin General Hospital, is seeking a Scheduling Associate I for the Centralized Staffing Office. This per diem, variable-shift role focuses on daily staffing coordination and timely entry of Registry/Traveler time cards into the WFX system to ensure accurate payroll reporting and state-of-the-art patient care coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AA/AS degree preferred.
• One to two years scheduling, staffing, or general office experience desirable.
• IAM certification within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital staffing on a daily basis across departments/units.
• Update and enter time card data for Registry and Traveler personnel in the WFX system.
• Work with Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Nursing Supervisors to ensure adequate patient care coverage.
• Support scheduling tasks for 24/7 staffing needs and respond to urgent shift requirements.
