Job summary

MarinHealth Medical Center is seeking a Scheduling Associate I to coordinate hospital staffing 24/7, ensuring timely services across departments. You will manage time-card data in the WFX system and work with management to maintain safe patient care coverage.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of scheduling or office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA/PHI policies. High school diploma required; AA/AS preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • AA/AS degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years scheduling or staffing experience, preferably in a Critical Access or Acute Care Hospital facility.
  • IAM certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily review, updating, and data entry of all Registry and Traveler personnel time cards using the WFX System to ensure up‑to‑date financial/payroll reporting.
  • Co‑operate closely with all Management Teams and Scheduling Associate II on staffing/scheduling tasks to ensure coverage.
  • Deliver services to various Departments/Units on a shift‑by‑shift basis, responding to urgent scheduling needs.
