Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to oversee resident care delivered by licensed and non-licensed staff across Continuing Care. The role includes staffing oversight, documentation reviews, and participation in the on-call process.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding teams in a fast-paced setting while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license is required to practice.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year nurse floor experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct walking rounds in Continuing Care to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Review staffing on all neighborhoods to ensure adequate coverage.
• Address resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Assist in assessing clinical changes and coordinate with on-call providers.
• Supervise and orient new nursing staff; participate in training and evaluations.
