Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises resident care delivery by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care.
• Reviews staffing to ensure adequate coverage and meets PPD.
• Reviews medical records for regulatory and policy compliance.
• May participate in on-call process and investigations as needed.
• Coaches, trains and orients nursing staff; may fill in as RN on the floor when needed.
