Job summary

TheKey Of South Carolina Beach is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to provide direct client care and oversee the clinical team in home-based settings. You will use the nursing process to ensure high-quality care and coordinate with physicians, staff, and families.

This role requires maintaining an active RN license in the designated state, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to client homes 50-75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment; continued employment is contingent upon maintaining an active license in good standing
• Three to five years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in system
• Ability to provide care in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff and manages client cases
• Assesses client status across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental factors
• Performs initial client assessments and coordinates care plans with physicians and families
• Provides nursing services per the plan of care using the nursing process
• Monitors client status and updates care plan as needed; ensures regulatory compliance
• Coordinates services across disciplines and guides the clinical team
• Leads training and re-training of staff as needed
• Performs timely assessments of changes in client condition and communicates with the team
