TheKey is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to provide direct client care and supervise clinical staff in a home-based care setting. The role requires active RN licensure in the state of employment and the ability to coordinate services to meet the plan of care for each client.

You will lead clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality client outcomes while traveling to client homes as needed.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment; continued employment is contingent upon maintaining an active license in good standing.
• Three to five years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in system.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clinical staff and overall management of client cases.
• Assess the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status of clients and coordinate delivery of services.
• Lead the plan of care development with the clinical team and update as needed.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met within the designated state.
