Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking qualified clinicians to educate, train and monitor patients using ventilators, PAP therapy, and home oxygen in patients’ homes. You will assess needs, communicate findings to physicians, and ensure care plans meet individual medical conditions.

Rotech offers per set-up compensation ranging from $5.00 to $100.00 per service, with the flexibility of scheduling. Candidates should be licensed appropriately and willing to perform in-home visits and on-call duties as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Credentials as a respiratory therapist, RRT or CRT preferred but other medical credentials may be acceptable.
• Must be licensed in primary state of home office as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train and monitor patients using ventilators, PAP therapy and home oxygen.
• Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to the physician.
• Set up and monitor highly technical respiratory equipment.
• Provide in-home visits and ongoing phone contacts with patients as per policy.
• Maintain complete documentation of services provided.
