Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking qualified respiratory professionals to educate, train and monitor patients using ventilators, PAP therapy, home oxygen and other respiratory equipment. The role involves in-home visits, patient assessments, and documenting care per policy.

PRN positions pay per set-up, with rates ranging from $5.00 to $100.00 per service. Must be licensed as required by state law and be able to work independently in patients' homes across the service area.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• RRT/CRT credentials preferred but other medical credentials may be acceptable per state licensure laws.
• Must be licensed in primary state of home office as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on respiratory equipment use and maintenance.
• Perform in-home visits and patient assessments.
• Document services and care provided per policy.
• Adjust ventilator settings according to patient assessment and policy.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health professionals.
