Job summary

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of preoperative or PACU experience required.
• Current state nursing license and BLS (and ACLS/PALS where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and values while caring for surgical patients.
• Interpret monitors and ensure patient safety during perioperative care.
• Develop and implement perianesthesia care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families about recovery and care.
