Job summary

Eduro Healthcare LLC's Highland Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for per diem coverage. The role focuses on improving mobility and functional independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Utah.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure interdisciplinary care
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
