Job summary

Greenway Health and Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Therapy Team and oversee planning, development, and direction of Physical Therapy services in alignment with federal, state, and local standards.

This Per Diem/PRN role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, ongoing education opportunities, and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality resident care. A BS in Physical Therapy and an active AL license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in AL.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill therapy services per CMS expectations.
• Screen residents regularly to determine need for intervention.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans and goals.
• Communicate findings to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
