Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist – Per Diem for in-house therapy programs at a skilled nursing facility. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state to apply; new grads welcome.

You’ll evaluate and treat mobility and functional impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain regulatory documentation, and ensure orders are current. Flexible scheduling and additional benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
