• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred; 1 year clinical experience in Home Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements OT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Provides OT treatment using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
• Performs reassessment and documents progress per policy and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Occupational Therapy

Master’s Degree Occupational Therapy or Doctorate Occupational Therapy (preferred)

1 year clinical experience (Home Care preferred)
