Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and plan OT programs to restore function and independence. You will develop Care plans with patients/families, provide therapy, and monitor progress across settings. Per diem schedule with day shifts and variable hours in the Hazleton area.
The role requires PA OT licensure and at least a bachelor’s in OT; Master’s/Doctorate is preferred. LVHN emphasizes collaboration, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.

Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers programs of Occupational Therapy (OT) and plans and conducts OT programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum level of independence. Provides assessment of the patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician. Develops and updates an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with patient and family to assist in returning them to their maximum level of function. Facilitates participation in everyday living. Improves and facilitates quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands on care, and patient education. Helps people regain or maintain their independence and lead active lives.
