UnitedHealth Group in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist Per Diem to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence and safety. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to develop individualized plans in line with physician orders.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy under a physician-approved plan, documenting thoroughly, and supervising aides when needed. Local travel and a passion for home-based care are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Eligible for NBCOT certification.
• One year of OT experience, or approval from regional leaders if less than one year.

Mansioni

• Deliver OT services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan addresses identified problems and document rationale.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN not active.
• Other duties as assigned.
