Zusammenfassung

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist Per Diem to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence and safety. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to tailor plans of care in line with physician orders and agency policies.

You will complete documentation timely, supervise home health aides when needed, and participate in additional duties as assigned.

Qualifikationen

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program or equivalent.
• Eligible to take or has completed the NBCOT certification exam.
• One year related occupational therapy experience.
• If less than one year, regional clinical leaders' approval and mentoring.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes to promote independence and safety.
• Develop individualized treatment plans per physician orders and agency policies.
• Ensure all aspects of OT service delivery under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when the RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
