Job summary

Unitek Learning in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Per Diem Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty to deliver Skills Lab and clinical instruction for nursing students in partnership with Trinity Health.

You will plan, supervise, and evaluate student clinical experiences, maintain records, and provide timely feedback. The role requires an active RN license, a BSN, and ATI certification within 30 days of hire. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RN with current, unencumbered state licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Experience mentoring students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• One year of direct patient care in the past five years; RN teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage nursing lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skills Lab and/or Clinical instruction per established curriculum.
• Supervise student clinicals and evaluate performance against outcomes.
• Maintain attendance records and assist with data collection.
• Deliver timely feedback after observations of student performance.
• Incorporate online activities to enhance course content and engagement.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in program committees.
