Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Per Diem Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty to join our Workforce Development Partner program. The role delivers Skills Lab and Clinical site education for nursing students, coordinating with Trinity Health on rotations and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a valid RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and have prior nursing education experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to support student success and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN with current licensure in the state where teaching occurs.
• Minimum of four years’ RN experience, with recent clinical teaching preferred.
• Completion of Bachelor's degree and coursework in nursing education/administration.
• ATI Certification within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skills Lab and/or Clinical education per established curriculum.
• Plan, supervise and evaluate student clinical experiences.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records; assist with program data collection.
• Incorporate online activities to enhance course content and learning.
• Communicate effectively with students and Academic Site Director.
