Job summary
Unitek Learning seeks Per Diem Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty to support Workforce Development Programs in partnership with Trinity Health. You will deliver Skills Lab and Clinical education to nursing students and coordinate clinical experiences across facilities.
The role requires an active RN license, a Bachelor’s degree with nursing education coursework, and the ability to mentor students in various teaching settings.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure in the state you are applying to teach.
- Minimum four years’ RN direct patient care experience, with at least one year in the last five years.
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in nursing education or administration.
- Ability to mentor students in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Must obtain ATI Certification within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide Skills Lab and/or Clinical site education to students in assigned workforce development programs.
- Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in health care facilities.
- Evaluate student performance relative to clinical learning outcomes.
- Maintain attendance, check-off forms, and program data as required.
