Job summary
Workforce Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty to deliver Skills Lab and clinical education in coordination with Trinity Health. The role supports nursing students in rotations, with days/evenings/weekends as needed.
Responsibilities include planning and supervising clinical experiences, evaluating outcomes, maintaining records, using adult-learning teaching methods, and staying current with safety regulations; ATI certification within 30 days of hire is required.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state applying to teach.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing education or administration or equivalent.
- Meets faculty requirements set by the Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise student clinical experience in assigned facilities.
- Evaluate student performance in relation to learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate attendance and skill check-off records.
- Provide timely feedback on clinical performance.
- Ensure clinical assignments meet student and facility needs.
- Observe, instruct, and evaluate students effectively.
