Job summary

Unitek Learning is hiring a Per Diem Clinical/Skills Lab Faculty to educate nursing students at our Workforce Development Program sites. You will deliver skills lab and clinical instruction, supervise rotations, and provide timely feedback aligned with Unitek nursing education policies.

Expect variability with days, evenings, weekends, and a focus on adult learning principles. The role requires an RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree with nursing education content, and ATI certification within 30

Qualifications

• RN with current unencumbered licensure in the state you teach.
• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in nursing education/administration.
• Meets Board of Nursing faculty requirements.
• Minimum four years RN direct patient care experience, last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skills Lab and/or Clinical education per curriculum.
• Mentor students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• Plan, supervise and evaluate student clinical experiences.
• Provide timely feedback on performance after observations.
• Maintain accurate attendance, check-offs and program data.
• Observe, instruct and evaluate to meet learning outcomes.
• Utilize online activities to enhance teaching and learning.
• Attend faculty meetings and communicate with site director.
