Job summary

Qualifications

• New York licensed radiologic technologist or temporary permit required.

• Proficient with computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images as ordered.
• Prepare and position patients; explain procedures clearly.
• Accurately enter exam data in RIS and ensure timely completion of studies.
• Safely apply MRI safety protocols for patients and staff.
• Supervise radiography students during clinical practicum.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and report malfunctions promptly.
